Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We always hope that you are 100% satisfied with your order here at Area 51 CBD Lab however, should you change your mind, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges on items that are in original condition, have not been opened or used, within 14 days from the date of delivery of an item. 

All items will be reviewed individually upon return, and kindly ensure to include a copy of your purchase receipt.  

Refunds

To start a return request, please email sales@area51cbd.co.uk

Please include your order ID, full name and address and the reason why you are returning the item.

Late or missing orders

If you haven’t received your order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@area51cbd.co.uk with your order ID, full name and address.

We always send a full replacement for orders that either arrive damaged or missing.

Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately should the item be defective, damaged or is not the item you originally order, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue as soon as possible. 

Products will be assessed upon return to us.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different type, strength, or size, please return your unwanted item first and only then place a new order. 

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Area 51 CBD Lab, 6 Inchcolm Drive, Broughty Ferry, Dundee, DD5 2LF, United Kingdom

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be added to your refund.
